* NA TURNÉ - DUBEN 2021 |
Pete Way is a founding member of UFO and was a sideman of Ozzy Osbourne. He also was a member of the following bands MICHAEL SCHENKER GROUP, FASTWAY & WAYSTED.
With his deep melodic bass lines and a sure feeling for firm grooves, the Brit has laid the foundation for world hits like "Doctor, Doctor", "Rock Bottom" and "Too Hard To Handle" and the fans all over the world with his extroverted stage show always enthusiastic.
He has also released two solo albums and has been a celebrated bestselling author of the autobiography 'A Fast Ride Out Of Here' with its tongue-in-cheek subtitle 'Confessions Of Rock's Most Dangerous Man' since 2017. After decades in the rock'n'roll circus, this man obviously not only has a lot to tell musically, but also gives insights into his collaboration with Beatles producer George Martin or with Led Zeppelin / The Who sound engineer Ron Nevison.
In April 2021 Pete Way will be touring Europe for the first time in many years. Way has his latest album “Walking On The Edge”, which was produced by Mike Clink (Metallica, Guns ´N Roses) and on which Slash (Guns N`Roses), Nikki Sixx (Mötley Crüe) and Kenny Aronoff among others (including Rolling Stones, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Meat Loaf) can be heard as guests.
